Lake County Riverside Property Owners Association
The Lake County Riverside Property Owners Association’s (LCRPOA) mission is to protect the property rights of those who live on any of the counties streams, against abuse that can affect property values, rights of ownership, and use and enjoyment of property. Matters of monitoring local, state and federal regulations, working with local law enforcement authorities and canoe liveries to protect and enforce member rights pertaining to trespass, property damage, excess canoe traffic continue to be among the many important activities over the past 40 years. The LCRPOA has been a partner with PMWC on the ORV issue, the River Intern Program, the Household Hazardous Waste program and our shared goal of bringing unified management to the river.
